ICC Arbitration Lawyers in Qatar

The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Arbitration and Mediation Rules, Qatar Law No 2 of 2017 issuing the Arbitration Law in Civil and Commercial Matters enables the parties to opt for domestic and international arbitration in Qatar.  International Court and Disputes Resolution Center (QICDRC) in Qatar is a Competent Court for adjudication of disputes related to civil and commercial matters.  The disputes related FIDIC contracts, other construction contracts, commercial agreements and such contracts wherein the parties had opted for mediation or arbitration can initiate the proceedings in Qatar as per the applicable rules.  The parties opted for ICC Rules can approach Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration.
